How much does shipping cost?
USPS Ground Shipping is $9.95, or free for orders over $75.00.
We offer $15.00 Expedited Shipping (2-day) on orders over $99.00; however, please note that some items are excluded from expedited shipping due to safety classifications.
How long does delivery take?
Standard shipping via USPS takes 2–7 business days depending on your location. Expedited shipping takes 2+ days.
Please allow up to 2 additional days for packing and dispatch. We appreciate your understanding.
How do I track my delivery?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking details. Please check your junk mail if you don't see it. If you need help, contact us at hello@litcandleco.shop.
Where do you ship to?
We currently ship to the 48 contiguous U.S. states.
Will I need to sign for my delivery?
No.
There’s an issue with my order—what do I do?
Email hello@litcandleco.shop with your order number and a description of the issue. Our team will respond within 24 hours.
What is your return/exchange policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of shipping. Email hello@litcandleco.shop with your order number and item(s) you'd like to return.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
We begin processing your order immediately. If your order hasn’t shipped, email hello@litcandleco.shop Mon–Fri, 9am–4pm EST, and we’ll do our best to assist.

Are Lit. Candle Co products vegan?
Yes. Our products are cruelty-free, paraben-free, and contain no animal by-products.
How long do your candles burn?
Burn time varies by size:
• 26 oz: up to 100 hours
• 16 oz: up to 65 hours
• 2 oz: up to 20 hours
Factors like wick trimming, burn duration, and placement may affect total burn time.
Do I need to trim my candle wicks?
Yes. Trim to .25 inches before each burn and keep them upright to avoid soot and maximize burn quality.
Why is there black residue around the rim of my candle?
This indicates the wick is too long. Trim between burns and wipe the rim with a dry paper towel.
Why are some scents stronger than others?
Fragrance strength depends on ingredients, time of day, your mood, and room conditions. Some scents build gradually; others are bold and immediate.
Why burn between 1–4 hours at a time?
Burning less than 1 hour can cause tunneling. Burning longer than 4 hours may overheat the jar or cause wick imbalance.
Why stop burning with .25 inches of wax remaining?
Burning below the metal wick clip can cause overheating and potentially crack the glass.

No. Only one code can be used per order.

All prices are listed in USD.

Will I receive an invoice with my order?

No. Orders do not include pricing.
