What are your candles made of?
All of our candles are made with natural coconut-soy wax, crackling wooden wicks, and clean, cosmetic-grade fragrance oils—safe for sensitive individuals.
Are your candles eco-friendly?
Yes! We use repurposed vintage and secondhand glassware, giving unique vessels a second life and keeping them out of landfills.
Are your scents allergy-friendly?
We offer cozy, earthy, and fresh fragrance options—all free from phthalates, parabens, and synthetic irritants.
CARE & SAFETY
How should I clean my candle vessel?
Wipe gently with a warm, damp cloth and mild dish soap or glass cleaner. Do not submerge in water. Avoid abrasive tools to prevent scratching, especially on vintage or crystal glass.
What’s the best way to burn my candle?
Trim the wooden wick to 1/8” before each use.
Allow the wax to fully melt across the surface to prevent tunneling.
Stop use when 1/2" of wax remains.
Always burn on a heat-safe surface and never leave a candle unattended.
ORDERS & SHIPPING
How long does it take to process and ship an order?
All candles are hand-poured and carefully packaged. Please allow 2–3 business days for processing. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days
Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (additional fees apply)

SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method. We offer free standard U.S. shipping on orders over $75.
Do you ship internationally?
Not yet—we currently ship only within the U.S. but hope to expand soon!
What if my package is lost, stolen, or damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours and include photos of the packaging and product. While we’re not responsible for lost or stolen packages, we’ll do our best to help.
Can I change my shipping address or modify an order?
Yes—if you contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. After that, we cannot guarantee changes once processing begins.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
What is your return policy?
Due to the handmade and one-of-a-kind nature of our products, all sales are final. However, if your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days for a replacement or store credit.
GIFTING & WHOLESALE
Do you offer gift wrapping or gift cards?
